About Me

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

I am a registered nurse, living in Sydney, about to begin my first year of real work. I grew up around the Pacific and have friends from various parts of the world ... mainly AUS, PNG, & USA. Recently I fell in love with travel and would love to do more. I think it would be awesome to have friends in every country and really get to know the locals therefore having a more indepth experience of the culture than just being an average tourist. I have a passion for education, stopping poverty, caring for the elderly, and the freedom for people to have alternative lifestyles. It would be a mad experience to work with the United Nations, Amnesty International or a likewise organisation to help eliminate poverty - I know, I know, bit of a Bleeding Heart and all that ... but I like it. :)

Technology!!

I love technology ... but only when it loves me!!!

The past couple of days so many things have taken so much longer than they should have because the technology around me became alive and decided to make my life as difficult as possible!!

I am very very frustrated!!! :( Just thought I would let u know!!

Oh, and I had a great time away ... lots of news and action ... but not enough time to write. Unfortuately the next month and a bit are so full it isn't funny and I most likely won't be writing much at all!!

HOME!

Well, tomorrow I leave the country for a few weeks!!

I am excited about going home and seeing my family and relaxing for hopefully a longer period of time than I have been allowed so far in this semester ... things just seem to get crazier and crazier around here ... it will be nice to just leave it all behind me for a while! :D

Hope all those from college enjoy the break and Big Camp if you are going!!

TICKETS!!!!

After a lot of stress, internet searching, phone calls, emails, waiting for the bank to open, struggles with public transport etc. I finally have them.

I have my TICKETS!!

I have three trips coming up:
1. PNG - with 5 days on a different island to hang with my sis and her family
2. QLD - to celebrate the joining of two great pp in holy matrimony!!
3. America - a whole month enjoying USA!

AND now i have the tickets to actually go!! So excited!! :D
